This Machines need between 3 and 4 days to freeze two 300 pounds block

yes, normally because of its difficulty we require weeks in advance for any special request

 Our crystal clear Ice is made with Clinebell ice machines that are designed for ice sculptors. this machines are designed to circulate impurities so there is not a chance for them to settle. 

Yes, all our ice cubes are hand-cut to different sizes to create an elegant, perfect cube. allowing you to create a high-end drink.
